Role: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will contribute to data-driven decision making and real-time health monitoring of Wi-Fi and Mobile products for our Fortune 100 client. You will work on the Data Insights team to build and deploy analytics and data science capabilities for product and feature analysis. You will support product teams in the design, development, and implementation of automated reporting and dashboards using SQL and Tableau. You will also have the opportunity to create complex ad-hoc reports and analysis, resulting in robust analytics for measuring product health, usage, and customer value.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex reports and analytics.
Strong SQL experience, including the ability to write code and conduct code reviews.
Data Visualization experience, preferably with Tableau or similar tool such as Power BI.
Ability to gather insights around product performance and consumer behavior data in order to create compelling reports that drives action towards product enhancements.
Possess both a business and analytical mindset.
Nice to have but not required: Linux, Shell Scripting, Git, Hive, Hadoop, AWS cloud.
Responsibilities:
Expertly use analytical tools, such as SQL and Tableau, to provide insight and make recommendations for product enhancements.
Conduct impactful analytics on big data to automate processes and to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
Engage with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, build requirements backlog, communicate project statuses, and develop relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to address specific business inquiries from stakeholder groups.
Participate in code reviews with other data analysts/developers.
Collaborate with other team members to effectively support a product portfolio dedicated to network management for devices connected to home Wi-Fi, as well as new data science work.
