The Global Supply Chain Team is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of transportation and distribution of merchandise through J.Crew’s multi-channel supply chain.
The Supply Chain Analyst will gather data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations as well as supporting various initiatives and growth of reporting and visibility tools.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Collect, organize and analyze Supply Chain data to build and manage the Supply Chain database
Utilize BI tools to visualize Supply Chain data for Business users
Write scripts in SQL to create frontend visualization & using SQL to create quarries - working to direct connect data across J.Crew's Supply Chain
Identify reporting gaps and initiate projects to meet evolving partner needs
Support Operational process improvements through data mining and quantitative analysis, suggesting actionable changes based on same.
Manage assigned and suggested projects efficiently by outlining project timelines, milestones and validation points.
Proactively prepare communication on project plans, timelines and deliverables, tailoring message to end user group, peers and leadership, as needed.
· Proactively engage end user groups for individual projects to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs and end goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of relevant industry experience working with BI tools for analysis
Supply chain and retail analytics experience a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PPT, Outlook required)
Demonstrable Experience with one or more of the following: SnowFlake, SQL and/or PLSQL, Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Excel, VBA Macro
Must demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
Self-starter with good judgment and can proactively manage up where appropriate
