Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Two part-time or per diem Clinical Laboratory Scientists/Medical Laboratory Scientists are needed to perform high-complexity molecular diagnostic testing.

The applicant will perform various medical laboratory procedures for diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of disease. The applicant will be expected to operate and maintain necessary machines and monitor quality assurance programs to assure compliance with all accrediting agencies. Performs analysis of clinical samples requiring a complex network of steps and variables following laboratory SOPs. The applicant will be responsible for the quality and upload of results to the LIMS/LIS system.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or other biological science required

Licensed by the State of California as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or CGMBS
