Position Summary:

Cardone Capital has an immediate opening for an Acquisitions Associate to join our

dynamic and extremely active real estate team. You will assist the acquisitions team in

sourcing, underwriting and diligencing multifamily investment opportunities. The position

will offer the selected candidate exposure to all facets of real estate transactions. The

position is full-time, in-office in Aventura, FL.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all quantitative functions of the investment process

Prepare cash flow analyses and investment memos

Evaluate optimal capital structures for each investment opportunity

Develop new and/or audit existing Excel models

Present financial models to senior members of management, brokers and lenders

Maintain acquisition pipeline and database

Compile sales and market data for inclusion in quarterly reports, presentations and

investment memos

Assist in transaction due diligence and coordinating third-party vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or

similar field required

Minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant multifamily real estate underwriting

experience required

Experience with real estate valuation processes, underwriting, cash flow analysis

and return on investment principles

Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and influence senior leadership’s

decision-making by senior leadership

Creative and relentless prioritization mindset to constantly reduce manual processes

and drive strategic conversations

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build structure in an ambiguous

environment

Expert Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must along with strong quantitative and

analytical skills

Maintain the strictest of confidence while dealing with confidential matters

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Superior attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills
