We are seeking a variety of skill infrastructure engineers to join our team. This is a opportunity (NOT a contract or contract to hire) sitting primarily in Herndon (with billets available throughout the DMV), 5 days per week with flexible hours around the IC’s core hours; as well as the option to work "4x10's" and having Friday off. Locations: Herndon, Chantilly, McLean (100% onsite – also have openings in Annapolis Junction, MD, Salt Lake City, Utah)

Mission: IG is building a team to support a significant IT engineering program within the Intelligence community. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity to work with one of the most complex environments within the government. Focused on improving performance and delivering results through innovation, this program will provide network and enterprise computing engineering services for digital infrastructure
Program Size: 200 FTE across 14 task orders
Crossover Process/Timeline: 2-4 weeks

Provide ample training on new technologies and promote internally to new teams on the program (we have teams including Server, HPC, Storage, Network, Sec Ops, Service Desk, 24x7 Field Service). X: We have a good track record of hiring someone for say the 24x7 Field Service team then promoting them to the Service Desk team, then the Server team and finally to the HPC team (as an example). Not many other MPO contracts will do this for their folks!

A very relaxed work environment. Usually, as long as someone is working 80 hours per pay period they can flex their hours as they like. Reporting times are generally very flexible too we have people that come to work before 6am and others that report after 10am
