Senior System Engineer

Required Knowledge/Experience:

Managed switches, Wireless (ie: HPE Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti)

Firewall and security appliances (ie: Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto/SonicWall)

Public/Hybrid Cloud Services experience

Microsoft 365 / Azure / Exchange

Microsoft Windows Server

Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

Microsoft AD / SANS

Day-to-day System Administration of servers/networks

Comprehensive LAN/WAN experience for routing, switching

Advanced Networking Concepts experience is preferred but not required

Ability to administer and design small to large-scale AD environments

Proven competency in Virtualization technologies

VDI Solutions (Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare), and Backup Solutions

Current and general cybersecurity concepts and awareness

Other Required Skills:

Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects/clients

Ability to problem solve, think on your feet and provide solutions specific to client needs

Demonstrate a high-level of detail to all project tasks

Highly motivated and independent (a self-starter)

Regularly provide excellent communication skills, follow-ups, and presentation skills

Willingness to learn and remain current on best-practices, emerging trends and relevant technologies
