JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Physician Associate and/or Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering the best patient care experience possible. We combine technology with modern care. We have welcoming clinics, and you’ll be working alongside a fun and supportive team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the best patient care experience possible.

LOCATION:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

San Leandro Clinic: 201 Dolores Ave, San Leandro, CA 94578

Montclair Clinic: 1970 Mountain Blvd, Oakland, CA 94611

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Administer injections, immunizations, and other medical procedures for urgent care and primary care patients

Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients

Completion of chart notes within 48 hours

Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

Develop and implement patient management plans

Work with HR, Operations and billing to ensure smooth operation and execution of primary care initiatives

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Functions as an integral part of the team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience as a Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care

Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work as a team with other department heads and staff

Willingness to work onsite and telemed if needed

Understanding management reserves the right to change hours to current operational needs
