Business Analyst

Our client is looking to add a Junior Business Analyst to their team, focusing on bridging the technical and business domains in our software development efforts. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment and driving the development of impactful software projects.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate requirement gathering with stakeholders and document business needs.

Analyze and document business processes for improvement.

Convert business requirements into technical specifications.

Act as a liaison for effective communication between clients and the development team.

Support Quality Assurance efforts to match software with specifications.

Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure client satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Business Analyst (2 plus years), preferably in ERP software environments.

Skilled in documenting requirements and using platforms

Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL is a plus.
