System Analyst

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

7-8 years of systems analysis experience.

Extensive experience working directly with business and detailing their requirements

Strong SQL and Data skills.

ETL experience (Informatica or Snaplogic).

Can connect with the developers / QA directly and ensure they can understand what the requirements are.

Good Communication skills Worked in an agile team.

Financial domain experience would be very advantageous.

SQL skills are a must – not looking at developer level, however SQL is mandatory for data analysis.

Strong Data / ETL background.

Should have primarily focused on system analysis that involves data since we are a data-heavy organization.
