About the Team
The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Alaska Behavioral Health provides confidential, high-quality behavioral healthcare services and local resource connection to post-9/11 veterans (including National Guard and Reserves), their families, active-duty service members and the families of active-duty service members, which includes spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings, caregivers, and others.
What You’ll Do
Bachelor’s Level Case Management Internship with provide insight into case management services offering holistic experience for client care. In the role of case management intern, you will be supporting the efforts of the MSW by documenting assessments into client electronic health records, coordinating care and resources outside of the clinic, communicating with clients and community partners, supporting groups, and providing psychoeducation workshops.
