Develop and administer assessments to gauge training effectiveness.

Offer constructive feedback, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

Track optical industry developments, including technological advancements and best practices.

Infuse training programs with the latest trends for relevance and applicability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remain informed about new products and promotional strategies.

Work closely with managers to customize training programs based on specific needs.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance assessments.

Generate insightful reports on training outcomes with actionable recommendations.Required Skills

2 years’ experience required in an optical trainer role with a proven track record for developing strategies and creating training materials.

Change to: ABOC/NCLE certification preferred but not required.

Proven optical retail or clinical experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in utilizing digital tools and e-learning platforms.

Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and experience levels.
