Senior Manager Tax - International

Job Description

Summary:

Responsible for the management of income tax for regions outside of the United States.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Manage federal income tax compliance and reporting required due to international operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

Coordinating preparation of annual consolidated tax returns.

Manage outsourced and internal teams.

Manage international tax attributes.

Determination of estimated payment requirements.

Reconciliation of tax liability accounts.

Preparation and assistance with quarterly and annual tax provisions.

Preparation and monitoring of FIN 48 issues related to international operations.

Exploring tax planning opportunities to minimize tax exposure.

Manage tax audits.

Manage tax authority correspondence.

Manage transfer pricing matters.

Assist with tax analysis of M&A activity.

Assist with other special projects as requested by the Head of Tax.

Skills/Knowledge

Broad knowledge of International Tax.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

CPA preferred.

Experience

8-10 years of combined international corporate tax experience in both industry and Big 4 public accounting preferred.
