Seeking Dental Assistant in Guilford, CT!

We are a private practice in Guilford, CT seeking a full time Dental Assistant to join our awesome team! We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, motivated and enjoys what they do.

Schedule: Full Time

Office is open Monday - Thursday

Compensation Package:

$20-25 per hour (DOE)

Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA) Include:

Welcome patients in the dental office

Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort

Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed

Sterilize instruments according to regulations

Take digital radiographs

Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

Preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments, materials, and equipment in accordance with infection control and biohazard protocols.

Assisting the surgeon with all chairside procedures including operatory setup, anesthesia administration, and cleanup.

Preparing patients for surgery and monitoring vital signs during procedures.
