Administrative Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and serve as the first contact for customers, both in person and by phone.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage customer flow
Meet and greet customers
Efficiently manage phone calls, schedule appointments
Manage Rental/Return Process
Process payments
Assist the service advisors and service manager with various projects
Requirements:
At least one year of relevant administrative experience
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer/data entry skills
Professional demeanor; exceptional communicator
Self-starter, motivated and success-driven
Confident, positive and high-energy presence
