Job Responsibilities

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations

Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles

Daily follow-up of unsold, sold, and data mining customers

Maintain a great customer satisfaction index

Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Generate at least 1 appointment per day

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends

Ability to work in a face paced, performance based environment

General knowledge of automobile makes, models, and basic components

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit required

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
