About the role

We are seeking a dedicated team player to join us as a Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our brand, leading various marketing projects and campaigns to drive sales, and contributing to the acquisition of new private customers while maintaining the loyalty and satisfaction of our existing customer base.

What are you going to do?

Develop and execute product sales campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Strategically plan media initiatives and oversee advertising placements to effectively reach target audiences (in collaboration with media and digital agencies).

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Communication, E-commerce, Product, and Sales to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.

Manage brand identity to ensure consistent representation across all marketing materials and campaigns.

Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives, new promotion opportunities, and innovative marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

What do we expect from you?

Be captivated in the field of marketing communication and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in it.

Hands-on experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, cooperating with creative, media and digital agencies.

Ability to translate customer insights and market trends into impactful communication.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field.

Proficient in both spoken and written Estonian and English.
