Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on rebar and structural forms according to project specifications.

Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine welding requirements.

Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques and materials.

Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.

Collaborate with other members of the construction team to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment operation.

Knowledge of welding on rebar and structural forms is highly desirable.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.

Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
