The Headlines:

In the role of Line Cook in Denver, CO, you will have the opportunity to work in ourBlue Moon Brewing Company Restaurantas a part of theU.S. Imports and Crafts Team. This position will provide prompt and courteous service to meet customer demands, while demonstrating strong knowledge of the Blue Moon brand, beers, and food menu. All FOH (front of house) and BOH (back of house) staff will place customer needs ahead of their own,at all times, and continuously work to improve the overall guest experience.

This position reports to theExecutive Chefand works closely withAssistant Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Managers, Executive/Sous Chefs,andfellow Blue Moon Hourly Restaurant Ambassadors.

The Responsibilities:

Wash and peel ingredientsin order forthem to be used in meals

Cuts and portions different types of meat according to specifications

Prepares different items from the menu, following recipes carefully

Make stock soup to be used during cooking process

Portions food and dished for plating

Distribute plates to be served to the waiting staff

Keep track of ingredient quantities and ensure there is always enough for the day/week

Supervise the food temperature and the temperature from cooling rooms

The Other Qualifications:

You are at least 21 years of age

You have your high school diploma (or equivalent)

Restaurant experience, ALOHA experience, and beer knowledge is a plus

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and drug screen
