Job Posting Summary:

Seeking a technician with 1st level troubleshooting skills for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in manufacturing settings, focusing on equipment and utilities.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of systems, techniques, and procedures through work experience or education.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience; vocational or technical education or certification may be required.

Ability to install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs and safety policies.

Proficient in using hand tools, computer system interfaces, and handling materials up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably Medical Device, including familiarity with cGMP, GDP, line clearance, and device history records (DHRs).

Job Responsibilities:

Install, operate, monitor, and maintain utilities including HVAC systems, WFI, and purified water setups.

Develop and secure a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools.

Recommend the purchase of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Assist engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facility processes.

Provide technical support across production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, or product development.

Use schematics, diagrams, and verbal descriptions to perform tests and troubleshoot equipment.

Gather, maintain, format, and compile technical data, performing detailed mathematical calculations.

For higher levels, suggest and implement improvements to optimize work processes.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
