POSITION OVERVIEW职位概览

DTP管理团队主要负责与行业最优质的DTP药房合作 推动产品管线的院外市场准入 并交付创新的患者服务解决方案 以实现围绕DTP及其生态圈的战略合作满足更长远更多元的患者需求 DTP management team is primarily responsible to collaborate top DTP in the industry to improve portfolio access outside hospital, deliver innovative patient service solution, and fulfill longer term and more diversified patient needs through strategic partnership with DTP and its ecosystem.

团队不断洞察和深挖各体系DTP药房的优势 与各经销体系协同合力 推动药房不断优化患者服务 实现差异化竞争 同时团队与市场 销售等业务部门合作 协助不同生命周期的产品在DTP渠道准入并匹配定制化的患者服务方案 与政府事务等跨部门合作 推动医保双通道 商保报销等可支付性解决方案的落地 DTP team build up DTP insights with their competitive advantages from different system. Synergizing with various distributors, DTP team help DTP continuously improve patient service to face differentiated competition. Collaborating with business functions i.e. Marketing and Sales, team assist product access and tailored patient service solution with portfolio in different lifecycle. With cross function like GAMA, team support innovative affordability solution landing like NRDL dual-channel, commercial insurance etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES主要工作职责与内容

Market and Customer Understanding and Analysis市场及客户洞察与分析

识别市场和政策动态以及相关见解 以推动DTP客户的发展机会 Identifying market and policy dynamics and relevant insights to drive development opportunities with DTP.

深入了解患者及DTP未满足和不断变化的需求 并整合其对产品管线的影响 Developing an in-depth understanding of patients and DTP’s unmet and evolving needs and deducting Implications integrating full portfolio.

分析不同DTP派系的竞争分析 熟悉其竞争优势Completing competitor analysis for DTP and understanding its competitive advantage.

DTP Collaboration Plan Development 制定DTP合作计划并执行

根据公司整体战略和相关品牌年度计划 制定DTP渠道业务发展规划并领导团队高效执行According to company strategy and related brand annual plan, generate DTP channel development plan and lead team to effectively implement

负责组织公司DTP业务的产品准入退出 门店增减 经营数据汇总分析 定期回顾和制定行动计划 Be responsible to access and exit product and store in DTP channel, business data analysis, regular review and action plan development

与BU 商务 KA 政府事务等团队对接和日常工作的协调 提高DTP渠道的市场竞争力 Collaborate with cross functions like BU, Commercial Operations, KA and GAMA, etc for daily work to improve competitive advantage in DTP channel

Team management 团队管理

根据业务目标 制定团队工作计划 并给与指导与建议 发现问题并跟踪问题的解决 Coach and provide suggestions according to business objectives and DTP plan, recognize problem, seek for solution and track implementation

不断提供团队业务能力提升的培训辅导方案 以满足业务发展和人员发展的双重需要 Continuously provide training and coaching programs to improve team capabilities to fulfil business and personnel development needs.

坚持最高的合规标准 管控业务经营风险 Always maintain the highest compliance standards to strictly control business operating risks

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES学历 工作经历及能力

大学本科及以上学历 临床医学 药学 商科相关专业优先 硕士及MBA优先Bachelor degree and above, medical, pharmaceutical and business related major preferred; Master and MBA preferred

具有8年以上跨国医药企业管理经验 从事销售管理 市场营销 从事过商务管理工作和DTP管理工作优先 More than 8 years MNC Pharmaceutical enterprise working experience; Sales, marketing, commercial operation, and/or DTP management experience preferred

熟悉国家药品法律法规 具有相关理论知识 熟悉各项相关工作及流程 Understand country pharmaceutical related law and policy, and related knowledge, working process

具有良好的职业素质 乐观敬业 具有团队合作精神 责任心强 具有良好的表达能力和人际沟通能力 Have high standard professional ethics, collaboration spirit and strong ownership, excel presentation skills and excellent interpersonal communication capability

良好的英文听说读写能力 熟练使用相关办公软件 Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in using office softwares
