Matric
Previous Telcom work: Preferred
Advanced excel: Preferred
Retail operations: Preferred but not required
Managerial: Minimum 1 year managerial experience Does not have to be in cellular
Experience in sales
Responsibilities
New contract sales and up selling on upgrades
Sim swaps and handling customer queries
Fiber sales
Meet and exceed all sales targets
Identify clients needs and respond to them
Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Insure every customer receives the best customer service experience
