SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of this position responsible for coordinating, performing, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation operations for the facility and manufacturing and packaging suites to prevent cross contamination and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, FDA Regulations, and company policies, standards, and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for coordinating, performing, and maintaining routine cGMP cleaning and sanitation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for the facilities, warehouse, and manufacturing hallways.

Perform re-stocking of consumable PPE items in the GMP Manufacturing Suites and hallways (hair nets, beard covers, and shoe covers) and check trash receptacles in all areas and properly dispose, as needed throughout the day.

Perform and support cGMP light and deep cleaning and sanitation in manufacturing clean rooms. Support and aide with some equipment set-up activity in disassembling, clean and sanitize, and reassemble.

Prepare cleaning solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures and handle chemicals in accordance with SDS Sheets.

Operate and maintain preventive checklists for warehouse and manufacturing equipment not maintained by the facilities team.

Accurate and timely completion of required cleaning and sanitation documentation for cGMP FDA manufacturing facility.

Participate in projects and help develop and sustain 5S for cleaning and sanitation operations.

Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation preventive controls and corrective actions in accordance with cGMP Guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing and sanitation experience preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook preferred.
