Position: Foreign Disclosure Specialist
Clearance: Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance w/SCI is required and current within the last five years
Work Location: Arlington, Virginia
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite (Regular Full-time)

Position Summary
The Foreign Disclosure Specialist will review and document the release of information to international partners and customers. They will provide technical and analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in developing, updating, administering, and evaluating the client’s policies and procedures directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive information to foreign partners and participants. The Foreign Disclosure Specialist will interpret the client’s disclosure policy and ensure the appropriate Delegation of Disclosure Letter (DDL), Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA), Information Exchange Guide (IEG), National Disclosure Policy and/or export license are upheld. You must have a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information, and be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph. You must be able to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia.
Duties include:
Assist with the development of DDLs and Information Exchange Guides (IEGs).
Assist with amendments, as needed, to country-specific Project Security Instructions (PSI), Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs), and Cooperative Program Personnel Standard Operating Procedures (CPP SOPs).
Coordinate the daily review of unclassified and classified material proposed for foreign release and provide recommendations to the Client FDOs.
Monitor unclassified client systems to ensure program personnel correctly perform unclassified releases of information to foreign nationals and mark the released information according to program policy.
Audit ten (10) percent of the documents created each month. Review the documents to ensure they are marked appropriately and do not contain any non-releasable information per current DDLs.
Monitor international visits through the Client’s Foreign Visit System, validating partner nationals and FMS participant foreign national travel to partner sites and contractor facilities within the U.S.
Support/review requests for foreign visits via the SPAN Foreign Visit System.
Assist the security education and training specialist in research, preparation, and present material for foreign disclosure security education and training.
Develop new and/or update current foreign disclosure training products.
Deliver annual refresher training to program personnel on the release of unclassified material to foreign nationals.
Develop training aids when DDLs change to ensure all personnel is informed of any new disclosure guidance.
Position Qualifications
BA/BS degree (International Studies/Relations or related area) and a minimum of five (5) years of specialized security experience in Foreign Disclosure or International Security
With no degree, at least ten (10) years of specialized security experience in Foreign Disclosure, International Security, or Intelligence.
Available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Excellent briefing and technical writing skills
Impeccable customer service skills
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required
Must have an active passport

Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently
Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems, including Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
Complete a security screening interview
Must maintain clearance, and eligibility throughout employment
Must meet client suitability
