Cannabliss in Washington, DC is looking for a General Manager to join our team. We are located at 4721 Sheriff Rd. NE in Deanwood. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, motivated and engaged. YOU MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED to work in this Medical facility. You must have a valid Driver's License. You be able to pass a clean FBI Background check

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily business operations

Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed

Maintain excellent (patient) customer service standards

Manage profit and loss figures

Inventory & Ordering

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with Executive Management, co-workers and patients

Flexible Hours (may need to work weekends)

Positive attitude and strong work ethic that supports our values and culture

Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, patient-focused workplace

Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Education: College degree and/or credits

Experience: At least three years of related experience

Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Adobe Photoshop

Proficient in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, and Calendar)

Skilled in basic computer, printer, and scanner troubleshooting

Valid clean driver’s license (REQUIRED)

COVID-19 Vaccination (REQUIRED by DC Department of Health & ABRA)

Ability to pass an FBI Criminal Background check

Ability to pass a credit check

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well on a team

Ability to exercise sound judgment, critical thinking and troubleshoot difficult situations

Reliable transportation
