Closets By Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office and media systems, wallbeds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time sales management position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow and develop our diverse sales force to meet the growing markets we serve.

Facilitate sales training in both one-on-one and group settings to further enhance our success.

Develop individual growth plans for salespeople to maximize their fullest potential.

Actively participate in potential client projects to ensure success.

Assist the senior management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3 YEARS MINIMUM managing sales teams

Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a track record of proven success.

Proven knowledge and experience in price negotiations

College degree preferred

Local candidates only. Out of state applicants will not be considered.

Computer literate -- Microsoft Word and Excel required

Experience in B2C preferred
