Billing & Administrative Assistant Intern

Impulse is looking for a current UCSB student looking to work with the Finance team. This position is short-term and would be about 10-15 hours a week. The schedule is flexible during 8-5 business hours.Compensation:

$17 hourlyResponsibilities:

Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

Order office equipment and supplies as needed

Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity

Support Accounting Department with generating bills, adding products/services to customer accounts, processing cancellations, and executing collections

Financial Data Entry into Quickbooks

Update financial records

Maintain financial policies throughout the company

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports

Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems

Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbout Company
