Job Summary:

Promotes products and partners with and consults with aesthetic physician practices in an assigned territory. The role is responsible for increases in product utilization through practice marketing consulting, including training and demand creation programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory

Educate physicians on benefit to patient, and ROI to practice

Market Development: Drive and increase utilization of product within physician practice by developing and executing marketing programs that create patient demand and awareness

Prospect and identify new account opportunities; team w/Nurse Educators at clinical demo phase

Clinical Training: Team with Nurse Educators to train and educate physicians on best practices for product use

Help support and orchestrate training workshops, tradeshow and other events

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

Successful experience working with physician accounts to develop and execute marketing programs to create patient interest and demand, increasing product sell-through or utilization is required

Aesthetics sales background, experience in Dermatology and Plastics Surgery is preferred

Cosmeceutical and/or consumable sales experience is preferred

Specialty Dermatology B2B Sales experience is preferred

Experience with marketing initiatives such as E-Mail Marketing, Web, Direct Mail, Advertising, Social Media, Radio, Video and TV, SEO and other Online Marketing vehicles preferred

A valid driver’s license is required

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and an ability to adjust focus.

Employee may be required to travel for business purposes.
