Responsibilities
Desk deals negotiating with the customer to obtain the maximum gross profit and close the deal
Hire, train, and manage a team of salespeople
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
Set sales goals, track progress, and manage the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
Train staff to perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards
Qualifications
Previous dealership and management experience is required
Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees
Strong closing skills to attain maximum gross profit
Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating price
Knowledge in the use of CRM, DMS, and Desking tools required
Quality customer service, communication, computer, and essential math skills
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
