Job Description

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The Bell Attendant creates a welcoming environment for Resort guests. They will facilitate their arrival or departure in an exceptional manner and shuttle guests to their destinations.

Compensation:

$12 an hour to startResponsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Takes initiative to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Open doors, greet guests, and assist with luggage.

Keep Lobby area tidy by sweeping and removing refuse.

Assist guests by giving directions and providing important information about the Resort and local attractions.

Shuttles guests within a 10-mile radius.

Drives to pick up supplies as needed.

Bus luggage porter.

Assist with check-in desk as needed.

May assist other departments as necessary.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Expert in the art of gracious hospitality.

Positive, outgoing individual.

Customer service oriented, ensures that every guest has an excellent experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least one (1) year hotel or customer service experience, is preferred.

A valid Pennsylvania Class A Commercial Drivers License, is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds for luggage assistance.
