We are seeking a Receiving Admin to take charge of our Administrative needs. As a Warehouse Admin, you will work closely with the Warehouse team and will be involved in many administrative tasks. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, and pay starts at $17.00/hr per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process paperwork of parts received
Scan and import paperwork after it is processed
Enter quantities into TinyTERM
Communicate with buyers and vendors on receiving discrepancies and request proof of delivery
Investigate and report issues/discrepancies
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or GED / High School Equivalence Certificate)
Detail oriented
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
