There is a 90 day guaranteed training pay, then you switch to full commission. $60k is the expected minimum salary.

Top Mortgage Coordinators can make 6 figures in their first year and often advance into Loan Officer positions with a much higher income ceiling. There is no better platform in the industry, but your effort is the primary driver for your income.
