We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the Mullins warehouse. The work location for this position is in Carrollton, GA.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of warehouse including quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics

Report quality issues or damage to the Project Management team and/or Quality Control Manager

Supervise, train, and manage workflow of warehouse employees

Meet with warehouse employees on a regular basis to analyze and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention

Implement and enforce Mullins standard operating procedures for warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics

Coordinate and monitor the order, receipt, assembly, dispatch, tracking and securing of tools, PPE, and equipment

Oversee the issuance, tracking, certification, compliance, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of PPE, vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Document any certification, maintenance, and repair records

Maintain appropriate documentation and keep accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse, shop, and office maintenance

Solicit proposals for warehouse and office maintenance repairs and submit to Operations Assistant

Keep stock controls in place, ensuring inventories are accurate and future capacity requirements will be met

Coordinate warehouse layout to maximize storage potential

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with and enforcing Mullins safety policies and procedures

Keep the warehouse clean and inventory secure

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

5+ years warehouse management experience

Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure, policy, and inventory controls

Proven leadership, organizational, multi-tasking skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Strong computer skills

Able to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment effectively

Valid driver’s license and must pass MVR review by Mullins’ insurance provider

Able to meet the following physical demands:

Lift, carry, and manipulate items weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted and engage in assisted lifting and manipulation of larger items.

Pushing and pulling heavy objects

Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

Spend long periods of time, up to several hours, on feet in a standing or upright position on hard surfaces

Proficiency in inventory control software preferred

Electrical repair certification preferred

Fabrication shop management experience preferred
