Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Technical Lead who will be at the forefront of digital transformation. Our client's mission is to revolutionize industries through cutting-edge solutions powered by emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing.

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and AWS technologies.

Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical skills, foster a culture of learning, and promote best practices in software engineering.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and explore opportunities to incorporate them into our products and services.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline development processes, and identify areas for optimization to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

Serve as a technical authority and guide architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, APIs, and AWS.

Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.

Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, and a desire to explore their applications in software development.

Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
