Job Description

Cake Mortgage is currently looking for motivated, dynamic, and driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive Trainee will go through a detailed training program where they will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed within our organization.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Successfully participate and complete the Account Executive training program

Complete and participate in all assignments and activities including role play, classroom meetings, interacting/shadowing with existing Account Executives, and in-house testing and knowledge checks

Obtain a strong understanding of all Cake Mortgage’s services and loan products

Demonstrate an ability to communicate and sell prospective brokers on our services

Take and pass the Cake Mortgage Account Executive test within given timeframe

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years processing Mortgage originations or related Mortgage experience

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High school diploma or GED

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
