Responsibilities:

• Develop intricate reports and queries utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools such as OTBI, BIP, and FAW. Tailor standard reports and create custom solutions to meet evolving customer needs, ensuring data integrity in systems through comprehensive analysis.

• Collaborate closely with HR functional experts and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, define needs, and deliver effective solutions aligned with business goals.

• Provide dedicated production support, investigating and resolving HRIS issues, unexpected outcomes, and process irregularities. Execute scheduled activities and propose innovative solutions or alternative methods as needed.

• Conduct audits on HR processes, documents, and data, taking decisive actions based on available facts and constraints.

• Actively participate in the data governance team, conducting regular audits to uphold data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Lead and contribute to projects related to HR technologies and analytics, staying informed on current trends and applying key technologies for continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of HRIS trends, emphasizing product development, delivery, and support, while enhancing knowledge of HR and HRIS applications/tools.

• Propose and implement process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions, subject to approval by appropriate leadership.

• Provide training, develop user procedures, and guidelines. Conduct training sessions for clients on new reports, dashboards, and system usage.

Requirements:

• Occasional overtime may be required based on department needs.

• Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

• Well Versed with Reporting and Analytics tools in Oracle HR Cloud (OTBI, BIP, FAW).

• Strong experience in Information Systems.

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries preferred.

• Understanding of quantitative/qualitative measurement and data/system design principles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with a programming language and PL/SQL preferred.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with general guidance.

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification a plus.

Salary Pay Range $100,000 - $130,000
