My client is renowned in their industry for their innovative products and are currently going through a period of expansion in the US. They pride themselves on their staff retention and company culture. They are now looking for a Sr Quality Engineer to be based near their site in Cary, NC.

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for mentoring and growing your own 5-person Quality team in a technical manufacturing environment. You will work directly with the company’s key customers, take part in cost saving projects, and continuous improvement on the plant.

This would suit a Sr Quality Engineer, looking to step up into a management and work for a rapidly growing business at the forefront of the automotive industry.

The Role:

- Leading and mentoring a 5-person Quality team

- Customer facing with 20% travel required

- Technical / industrial manufacturing environment
