Earning Potential:First-year earnings ranging from $80k to $120k+ for seasoned sales professionals.(Base Plus Commission or Commission Only- you choose.)

What You'll Do:

Facilitate In-Home Consultations: Meet with clients in the comfort of their homes to understand their window treatment needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations tailored to their unique style and budget.

Product Expertise: Offer expert advice on a wide range of products, including draperies, blinds, shutters, and shades, showcasing the quality and versatility of our offerings.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments to conduct thorough measurementsand deliver accurate quotes to clients, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Sales Negotiation: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to close sales and finalize contracts, while also ensuring a smooth handover to our operations and installation team for implementation.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in local lead generation activities and community events to raise awareness of our brand and expand our customer base, fostering lasting relationships within the community.

What You'll Bring:

Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in design sales or home improvement sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge: While experience with window treatments is a plus!

Sales Skills: Possess strong consultative sales skills, including active listening and the ability to guide clients towards suitable solutions that meet their needs without getting stuck in details.

Technological Proficiency: Be comfortable using technology tools to generate quotes, manage records in a CRM system, and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.

Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in your schedule, with the willingness to occasionally work evenings and Saturdays to accommodate client appointments.

Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and hold a valid OH Driver’s License, enabling you to travel to client locations as needed.
