About the Role:

Join the Amo Production team and assist with our Los Angeles production management.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with factories needed. Act as key liaison to sewing, trimming, and

washing facilities to provide vendors with all necessary components to complete preproduction

samples and production. Including sew-bys, wash targets, trims, labels, size

labels, buttons, etc.

• Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule.

• Update AIMS system with production status.

• Communicate production status to key internal partners (customer service,

merchandising, design, and web sales) on a weekly basis.

• Manage shrinkage blanket for pre-production samples and production, and provide

weekly status updates to design and merchandising.

• Follow up with sewing and washing factories on samples to ensure deadlines are being

maintained.

• Complete quality control spot checks at sewing factories and laundries under the

direction of production manager and quality control manager.

• Complete quarterly spot physical fabric inventory to ensure system inventory is accurate.

Requirements:

Minimum three years’ experience in garment production and or garment development.

Proficient in Excel and word.

Experience in AIMS a plus.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Must own car to visit factories daily. Parking and mileage reimbursement provided.
