ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (NORTH AMERICA)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

Remuneration: 65,000 - 75,000 USD

Commission Structure: Target is 6 sales per month (to be eligible for commission) gate is 8 sales per month (when you can earn 100%+ of each seat sale)

About this role…

As an Account Executive, you will expand share of market by partnering with accounting firms. You will enable the growth of accountancy practices, by providing scalable global workforce solutions. Part of your scope will be focused on:

GROWTH

Relationships: Quickly and effectively demonstrate rapport with prospective clients, providing an impressive first impression of the company.

Solutions: Demonstrate solutions to prospect clients by effectively communicating TOA Global solutions.

Customer Service: Respond to requests with urgency in order to reduce downtime in the sales cycle.

REPORTING

Documentation: Routinely update TOA Global systems to keep reporting updated in real time.

Processes: Keep detailed notes of all client interactions throughout the day to ensure client lifecycle is current.

Accuracy: Attention to detail in reporting to ensure other departments have clear direction on how to proceed with the client lifecycle.

STRATEGY

Resources: Utilizing all departments and resources available in order to sell seats.

Pipeline: Actively manage prospect pipeline to closed business.

Accountability: Track and report on progress towards performance targets
