Board Certified Behavior Analyst

A prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

They will be performing behavioural assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans to conditions such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. They will be mainly contributing to the improvement of individuals lives by promoting positive behaviour changes and skill acquisition, plus hefty employment packages for full-time including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify target behaviours,

-Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans based on assessment findings,

-Monitor and analyse behaviour data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed,

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behaviour plans

-Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration, and open communication, and

-Provide ongoing supervision and training to behaviour technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behaviour plans.

Qualifications:

Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst,

Active FL license,

At least 2-3 years of experience,

High organizational skills, and

Effective and compassionate communication skills.

Job Type:

Part-time (1-3 days per week)

Full-time (36-48 hours per week)
