Preferred Qualifications
Take initiative to own technical issues as they arise and drive to resolution
Support verification testing of electrical systems and track system-level electrical characteristics such as total quiescent current, total continuous current, minimum, and maximum voltage level
The position involves collaborating closely with Vehicle Platform teams to ensure that the latest technology meets or exceeds both internal and regulatory Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements and standards.
Responsibilities include preparing Test Plans for vehicle-level EMC validation, verifying results, and ensuring compliance..
Additionally, the engineer will work with suppliers to develop EMC test plans and monitor the execution of EMC validation testing.
The engineer must have a basic knowledge of electrical characteristics
About You
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or higher degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience on EMC
Solid understanding of EMC standards for LV and HV EMC testing on emissions
