HRIS Analyst
3 days on-site (Days are flexible)
You will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, partnering with members of the HR team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow and leverage technical capabilities to support the business. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, the HRIS Analyst will assist subject matter experts with end-user support, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment that demands precision continuously.
The person in this role will be involved in many cross-functional projects, so you’ll have lots of opportunity to learn about our portfolio of HR programs.
Are you up to the challenge?
Provide user support and answer questions for recently implemented Oracle Cloud HCM
Administer a variety of HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM including recruiting, performance, talent management, and global HR.
Support the development of HR system data requirements, based on business needs, standard operating procedures and documentation
Provide support for cyclical and ad hoc audits
Manage system integrations and vendor relationships
Develop and review exceptions reports to monitor data issues and validate quality data
Plan for and execute quarterly system update testing
Research unexpected issues
Work with key stakeholders to identify automation or report enhancement opportunities and data process streamlining
Develop process documentation for end-users
As an effective communicator, be able to drive insights into actions that improve business results
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledge
Can you drive these processes?
Use data from different sources to draw conclusions and recommend a course of action
Utilize interpersonal skills in a collaborative manner to accomplish project goals
Understand and use both qualitative and quantitative data to create analytics that drive the business
You should definitely have:
A four-year college degree
Four-six years of relevant experience
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
Effective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
