Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Account Manager to join the Property & Casualty Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of P&C insurance accounts in the Japanese market, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their insurance needs, objectives, and risk profiles.

Review and verify policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.

Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.

Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on risk management, coverage enhancements, and industry trends.

Prepare and present client proposals, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients and the company.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Must be familiar with AMS 360.

Japanese Bilingual capabilities: speak/read/write Japanese at a professional level.

Must have active P&C license.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.

Strong understanding of the Japanese insurance market, including regulatory requirements, distribution channels, and client preferences.

Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth in the insurance sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
