Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

LHH is assisting a New Jersey law firm in its search for a Commercial Litigation Associate. QUALIFICATIONS

Must be NY and NJ barred

Must possess a JD from an accredited law school

Must have at least 5 years of commercial litigation experience to include loan recovery and workouts, claims brought under Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC, consumer finance class actions, contract disputes, corporate fiduciaries, business torts, etc.

Must have experience in Federal and State Courts

Experience with Arbitrations before JAMS and/or AAA is a plus

Familiarity with consumer fraud statutes, RESPA, HOEPA and Fair Credit Reporting Act is a plus
