Production Manager/Director - Pharmaceutical Mfg

Rapidly growing radiopharma CDMO looking to add to their leadership team!

My client is expanding their leadership team due to building a newly commissioned state-of-the-art facility and having an influx of capital due to an acquisition. They are seeking a Director of Production and a Manager of Production to be responsible for oversight, development, and leadership of drug product and isotope production teams. These roles will set the vision, and drive a culture of compliance and teamwork in a GMP radiopharmaceutical environment. This key role will be responsible for daily activities for the production of life-saving radiopharmaceutical treatments.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity

5+ years in an injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing role (Manager Level)

10+ years in an injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing role (Director Level)

Ability to be onsite at the Indianapolis location
