Role Description:
Analyst or senior analyst responsible for setting up and executing API customer support processes in a modernized API platform, including: Assessing and documenting existing support processes in the legacy API platform; identifying areas for improvement between the legacy and modernized platform customer support processes; managing content on customer-facing developer portal, including YAML specs, API catalogue, announcements, and developer/integration tools; working directly with developers and other customers/stakeholders integrating with the APIs.
