Seeking a driven professional to assume the Executive Director’s position at our state-of-the-art Adult Residential facility located just outside of Austin, Texas. This facility offers Substance Abuse IOP and PHP services with potential for expansion. The unique, serene setting of this facility is truly one of a kind. We are looking for strong leadership to provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team, effective budget development to ensure that the programs supervised operate in a fiscally sound manner and the expertise to develop and implement systems which will be mutually beneficial to the growth of the facility and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an expertise to cultivate and maintain effective collaborative relationships with local, county and community partners.

Preferred educational requirements for this position: Masters or Ph.D. degree in social work, psychology or a closely related field.
