Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and reflexology, to address clients' specific needs and preferences.

Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure a personalized approach to each session.

Create a serene and relaxing environment conducive to healing and rejuvenation.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.

Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide recommendations for self-care practices to enhance overall well-being.

Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the agency to develop integrated wellness plans and promote a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and modalities.

Qualifications:

Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist in the state of California.

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or wellness setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
