Location:Tribal clinic/hospital in Arizona

Requirements:

Pharmacist license (AZ pharmacist license not required due to tribal facility)

Clinical experience

Willingness to obtain BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications

1+ year of hospital experience or residency preferred

Familiarity with RPMS or similar systems (e.g., Vista)

Description:

We are in search of a mitted pharmacist to bee part of our team at a tribal clinic/hospital situated in Arizona. This role presents a distinctive chance to serve as an Emergency Department (ED) pharmacist during night shifts within a decentralized environment. The preferred candidate will possess an optimistic demeanor, extensive clinical expertise, and feel at ease working in a remote tribal clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide pharmacy services in the Emergency Department during night shifts

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Ensure pliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

Participate in medication reconciliation and patient education

Assist with medication management and dispensing as needed

IT System:

Our facility utilizes RPMS, a proprietary system similar to the VA's 'Vista' system. Familiarity with RPMS or similar systems is preferred but not required.
