Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin for our healthcare client in the Mesa area. The role will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire opportunity for our client. This role is focused on all patient-facing aspects including patient check in/out, scheduling patient appointments, assisting with medical records requests and referrals as needed, insurance verification, and collection of co-pays. This role will need to give an excellent customer service experience to our client's patients and will need to be bilingual English/Spanish.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience required

Valid Driver's License required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems

Bilingual English/Spanish requiredSkills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills that provide an exceptional customer service experience

Strong ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Able to work well independently, and also be a team player throughout the day

Strong organization and prioritizing skills

Willing to adapt when needed throughout the day and shift focuses as asked

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
